Compensation and Benefits

• Average earning potential of $250,000–$550,000 (including new graduates)
• Daily minimum guarantee of $700–$1,000
• 30–35% of production paid on all services including X-rays
• Two weeks paid vacation in the first year, increasing over time

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality dental care to patients
• Create treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during consultations

• Perform restorative procedures, extractions, and other dental treatments
• Follow all federal, state, and local regulations including HIPAA and OSHA
• Lead and support clinical staff in patient care
• Maintain a positive attitude to foster a pleasant work environment
