Job NUMBER: 6201

About the POSITION

1. General Dentist needed in Talladega, AL.
2. Open to new graduates.
3. Work as the sole Dentist.
4. Schedule/Clinic Hours: M-F 8-5, no Saturdays.
5. Patient Volume: 20-25 patients/day; rural locations may see fewer until volume increases.
6. Payor Mix: Primarily Medicaid/Medicare, sliding fee, and medically underserved populations.
7. Responsibilities: General Dentistry including cleanings, extractions, fillings, and possibly Crown & Bridge (if approved). No dentures at this time. Two Dentists perform Crown & Bridge work.
8. Team: 1 Assistant, 1 Hygienist, 3 Operatories per site.
9. Additional sites added as the practice grows.
10. Systems & Equipment: NextGen System, Patterson Dental equipment.
11. Lab fees: Variable, depending on Crown & Bridge procedures.

Other Qualifications

1. Effective communication with patients, staff, and medical personnel.
2. Ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team.
3. Work well under stress, maintaining calm to reduce anxiety.
4. Experience working with children preferred.
