6. See 13-17 patients per day during a 9-hour workday (excluding emergency visits)
7. Part-time locum positions will be considered
8. Credentialing typically takes 45-90 days; may be longer for those new to Indiana
9. Salary range generally between $170,000 and $190,000

11. Work schedule: 4 days per week, 9 hours per day, totaling 72 hours per bi-weekly pay period
