Job summary

HealthPlus Staffing is seeking a General Dentist for an established practice in Appleton, WI due to retirement. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range between $200,000 and $250,000, with additional incentives based on net revenue. Candidates will have the opportunity to expand their practice by performing a range of procedures including endodontics and implants.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental procedures with the liberty to expand the practice.
• Work full-time with a schedule of 36+ hours per week, including one Saturday monthly.

  • 4 or 5 day work-week
  • 1 Saturday per month (7am-12pm)
• Procedures:
  • No limit to providers
  • Liberty to expans practice
  • Endo, OS, Implants, etc.
• Compensation:
  • Base - 200-250K
  • Incentive - 30-35% of net revenue
  • General providers earning 240K+ with incentives
  • Some providers earn 300-400K depending on expansion of their practice
