Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in the State of Wisconsin without restrictions.
• Current DEA certificate.
• Certified in BLS and AED.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental examinations and treatment to patients of all ages.
• Diagnose and treat oral health conditions.
• Create treatment plans and educate patients on oral hygiene practices.
• Perform procedures such as fillings, extractions, and dentures.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of credentialing process.
