Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality dental care to patients.
• Create treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during consultations.
• Review treatment plans with patients and obtain informed consent.
• Perform restorative procedures, extractions, and restorations as needed.
• Follow all federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA.
• Lead and support clinical staff in patient treatment.
• Maintain a positive attitude to foster a pleasant work environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Average earning potential of $250,000–$550,000, including new graduates.
• Daily minimum guarantee of $750–$900.
• 30–34% of production paid on all services, including X-rays.
• Two weeks paid vacation plus additional time off.
