Summary of Compensation

• Average earning potential $250,000 - $550,000 (including new graduates!)
• Daily minimum guarantee
• 30-35% of production paid on all services including X-rays
• Two weeks paid vacation in the first year, increasing over time

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality dental care to patients.
• Create treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during consultations.
• Review treatment plans with families and obtain informed consent.
• Deliver quality dental treatments, including restorations and extractions.
• Adhere to federal, state, and local regulations including HIPAA and OSHA.
• Lead and support clinical staff in patient treatment processes.
• Maintain a positive attitude to foster a pleasant work environment.
