Dates needed: Oct. 11, 15-17, 24-25, Nov. 1
Hours: Mon-Thur 7:15a-5:30p, Fri 7:15a-12p

Clinical Staff : 5 DAs, 2 Hyg, 2 lab techs
Require Procedures : Implants, Surgical Extractions cases with denture insert same day, comprehensive exams, bite registration for dentures
Avg PPD: 30
