Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Perform surgical extractions and denture steps, including simple, surgical, and full mouth extractions. Please note any limitations in presentation.
• Clinical staff varies by location: 3 DAs and 1 Hyg in Syracuse; 1 Hyg and 2 DAs in Carle Place.
• Average patients per day: 20 (only specified for Lakewood)
