SUMMARY OF COMPENSATION:

  1. Average earning potential $250,000-$550,000 (Including New Graduates!)
  2. Daily minimum guarantee of $700-$1,000
  3. 30-35% of production paid on everything including X-rays
  4. Two weeks paid vacation time in your first year that increases over time.
  5. Sign-on bonus of up to $90,000

  9. $2,000 Continuing education allowance per year

Requirements:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients.
  2. Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations.
  3. Ensure treatment plan is reviewed with each family and receive informed consents for treatment services.
  4. Deliver quality dental care to every patient.
  5. Repair decayed and broken teeth through restoration techniques, potentially extract teeth, and restore edentulous areas.
  6. Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations, HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
  7. Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment.
  8. Consistently portray a positive working attitude that fosters a pleasant work environment.
