Qualifications

• Degree as a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), and/or Bachelor ofDental Surgery (BDS).
• Successful completion of a traditional pre doctoral dentistry program and valid licensure in the specific state(s) where practicing.
• Licensed to practice dentistry in the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Perform the full scope of general dentistry permitted by state licensure.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation for all care provided in Axium.
