West Coast Dental is seeking a General Dentist to join our growing Southern California practices. The role offers high-end compensation with guaranteed base plus production, a large, diverse patient base, and the opportunity to provide general, specialty and orthodontic services across offices.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree required.
• Active California State Dental Board license.
• Active Malpractice Insurance; DEA, CPR and NPI required.

Responsibilities

• Great interaction with patients to promote trust and the best experience.
• Collaborate with the office team to promote trust and relationships with patients.
• Understand PPO, HMO and other plans to optimize patient benefits.
• Proactively addressing patient concerns and explaining treatment options clearly.
