Job summary

West Coast Dental is actively seeking an Oral Surgeon for our Southern California practice. The role offers a high-end compensation package with a guaranteed base plus production incentives, and participation in a large, diverse patient base across multiple offices.

We provide a team-based environment focused on excellent patient experience, comprehensive training, and company-sponsored CE. This is a full‑time or part‑time opportunity in a growing practice network.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree required.
• Oral Surgery Certificate from a CA-Board accredited program.
• Active California State Dental Board license.
• Active malpractice insurance.
• DEA, CPR and NPI are required.

Responsibilities

• Great interaction with patients to promote trust and the optimal patient experience.
• Collaborating with the office team to promote trust and positive patient relationships.
• Understanding PPO, HMO, and other dental plans to optimize patient benefits.
• Proactively addressing patient concerns and providing comfort regarding treatment.
