42 North Dental is seeking a full‑time General Dentist in Charlotte, MI. You will manage the entire clinical patient experience from initial exam and treatment plan to delivery of care, with in‑office specialty services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.
The position offers an annual rate of $150,000 - $250,000 USD, with either a daily guarantee or a compensation option up to 36% of collections, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for continuing
Formación
- Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination
- Proof of malpractice insurance
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
- Current state license to practice dentistry
Responsabilidades
- Promote oral health and disease prevention
- Diagnose oral diseases
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
- Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
- Review treatment plan options with patients
- Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
- Review and interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests
- Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
- Provide restorative and preventive dental care
- Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues
- Maintain high quality standard of care and professionalism
- Stay current with new developments and best practices
