42North Dental in Charlotte, MI seeks a full-time General Dentist to lead the complete patient experience from exam through delivery of care. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

You will maintain records, discuss treatment options with patients, and uphold the highest standards of care and ethics. The role offers a daily schedule of 8am-5pm, a guaranteed or 36% collection-based earning model, and extensive benefits including

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Vaccination for Hepatitis B.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and plan treatment.
• Educate patients on options and outcomes.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update medical and dental records.
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth/jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures as needed.
