Job summary

42 North Dental in Michigan is seeking a Full-time General Dentist in Saginaw to join a practice that emphasizes patient-centered care. You will manage the complete clinical patient experience from exam to treatment planning and delivery, with in-office specialties to support comprehensive care.

This role offers a daily schedule of 8am-5pm, either a daily guarantee or a 36% of collections compensation, and a robust benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement, and continuing

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.

Education

DMD or DDS degree

Current state license to practice dentistry

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
