Job summary

42North Dental in Michigan seeks a full-time General Dentist to join the practice in Saginaw. You will oversee the entire patient experience from initial exam and treatment planning to delivery of care, with in-office services across periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics.

The Dentist position offers a schedule from 8AM to 5PM, 1-3 days per week, and either a daily guarantee or a percentage of collections up to 36%.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures in the oral cavity.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism.
