Job summary

West Coast Dental Services in Southern California seeks a General Dentist to join a high-energy, multi-office practice. The role features a guaranteed base plus production within a large patient base and a team-focused environment.

You will provide general, specialty and orthodontic services across offices, interact with patients to build trust, and work with office teams to optimize benefits under PPO/HMO plans. A supportive system includes CE opportunities and modern facilities.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree is required.
• Active California State Dental Board license is required.
• Active Malpractice Insurance is required.
• DEA, CPR and NPI are required.

Responsibilities

• Great interaction with patients in order to promote trust and the optimal patient experience.
• Collaborating with an entire office team in order to promote trust, connection and relationship with patients and one-another.
• Understanding how PPO, HMO, and other dental plans work in order to optimize patient benefits.
• Proactively addressing patient concerns and providing insight and comfort to patients with regard to their dental treatment.
