West Coast Dental Services is seeking a General Dentist for a dynamic practice in Southern California. The role focuses on delivering general, specialty, and orthodontic services across multiple offices with a strong emphasis on patient experience.

The practice offers a high-end compensation package, a large patient base with diverse payor types, and robust back-office support to enable clinicians to provide excellent care.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree is required.
• Active California State Dental Board license is required.
• Active malpractice insurance is required.
• DEA, CPR and NPI numbers are required.

Responsibilities

• Great interaction with patients to promote trust and optimal patient experience.
• Collaborating with an entire office team to promote trust, connection and relationships with patients and one another.
• Understanding how PPO, HMO, and other dental plans work to optimize patient benefits.
• Proactively addressing patient concerns and providing insight and comfort regarding dental treatment.
