Job summary

Ascendent Health Partners in Green Bay, WI, seeks a General Dentist who shares our commitment to patient-centered care. This full-time role offers a base salary of $150,000-$190,000 per year plus a performance incentive and an Equity Earn-In program that builds ownership without a buy-in or loan.

You will treat both existing and new patients, lead a small clinical team, and expand services including Endo, Implants, and clear aligners.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree required.
• Active Wisconsin dental license required before treating patients.
• DEA registration required.
• Lead with integrity, humility and kindness.

Responsibilities

• Care for current and new patients and new patient introductions.
• Lead and mentor a small clinical team.
• Build lasting patient relationships and offer Endo, Implants, and clear aligner services.
• Work full-time: 30–35 hours per week across 4 days; emergency coverage shared among doctors.

What you can earn

• - Base pay of $150,000-$190,000 per year plus a performance incentive
• - Our doctors average $240,000 per year, and our top performers earn $400,000 per year

Your clinical decisions stay yours

We never dictate or alter the treatment decisions between you and your patient. We'll offer coaching and support when you want it. The relationship between you and your patient is sacred.

The Role

You'll care for current and new patients, lead and mentor a small team, and build the kind of relationships that last for generations. General Dental services provided with opportunities to pursue training and deliver Endo, Implants, and clear aligner services. Your schedule is full-time: 30-35 hours per week across 4 days. Emergency coverage is shared equally among the practice's doctors.
