i4 Dental Lab in Rochester, NY is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join a patient-focused practice. You will deliver comprehensive general dentistry with a strong emphasis on quality care, build lasting patient relationships, and contribute to a collaborative team dedicated to growth and excellent patient experience.

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active New York dental license (or eligibility to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative, crown and bridge, endodontics, and extractions.
• Present treatment plans clearly and build lasting relationships with patients.
• Work closely with hygienists, assistants, and front office staff to deliver an excellent patient experience.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and follow all state and OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in continuing education and help grow the practice.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual compensation of $200,000 – $300,000, based on experience and production
• Full-time schedule with an established patient base
