Nevada Dental Benefits is expanding to Tropicana Dental Center in Las Vegas and seeks a General Dentist to join a four-day workweek, collaborative clinical team, and supportive operational staff.

You will provide comprehensive care to an established patient base with focus on quality and patient experience, while maintaining Nevada licensure and compliance. This full-time role offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Current Nevada dental license in good standing.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Current DEA registration, as applicable.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Commitment to high-quality patient care.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative dental team.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive, periodic, limited, and emergency dental examinations.
• Diagnose dental and oral conditions.
• Review and interpret radiographs and other diagnostic findings.
• Develop appropriate treatment plans and recommendations.
• Provide preventive, restorative, and emergency dental care.
• Perform extractions and other general dentistry procedures within the provider's training and scope of practice.
• Administer local anesthesia.
• Prescribe medications when clinically appropriate and legally authorized.
• Accurately document diagnoses, treatment, clinical findings, and patient communications.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care when specialty treatment is needed.
• Work collaboratively with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and practice leadership.
• Maintain appropriate infection prevention, patient safety, documentation, and regulatory standards.
