Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current license to practice dentistry in the state.
• Proof of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Malpractice insurance coverage.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose and review treatment options with patients.
• Create and discuss treatment plans to maintain oral health.
• Maintain accurate dental records and interpret x-rays.
• Provide restorative and preventive care; perform procedures as needed.
