Requirements

• DDS/DMD degree, active NY license
• Ability to practice comprehensive dentistry
• Desire for ongoing learning and skill development
• Ability to credential with dental insurance plans
• Protection of PHI and compliance with HIPAA training

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodations
• Prolonged sitting and standing
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• Availability for periodic training sessions
• TB test prior to employment (except in FL & TN)
