Job summary

Dental Now in Norcross, Georgia, seeks a dedicated General Dentist to join our growing team. You will provide comprehensive general and family dentistry for patients of all ages, crafting individualized treatment plans and delivering compassionate care in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

  • DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
  • Current BLS or CPR certification.
  • Hepatitis B vaccination as required.
  • Proof of professional malpractice insurance.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to treat patients across a broad age range.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive general and family dentistry to patients of all ages.
  • Promote oral health and disease prevention.
  • Diagnose and treat oral health conditions.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs.
  • Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and treatment options.
  • Review treatment plans with patients or guardians.
  • Perform restorative, preventive, and general dental procedures.
  • Review and interpret dental X‑rays and other tests.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive general and family dentistry to patients of all ages
  • Promote oral health and disease prevention
  • Diagnose and treat oral health conditions
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' clinical needs and goals
  • Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options
  • Review treatment plans and recommendations with patients and/or their parents or guardians
  • Perform restorative, preventive, and general dental procedures
  • Review and interpret dental X-rays and other diagnostic tests
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete patient records
  • Monitor patients’ oral health and recommend appropriate follow-up care
  • Perform surgical and other appropriate dental procedures within the scope of practice
  • Provide a high standard of clinical care and patient service
  • Maintain the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and patient confidentiality
  • Collaborate effectively with the dental team to ensure an exceptional patient experience
  • Stay current with developments in dentistry, technology, best practices, and standards of care through continuing education and professional development
Qualifications
  • DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental education program recognized by the American Dental Association Commission on Dental Accreditation (ADA CODA)
  • Current BLS or CPR certification
  • Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination, as required
