Chatman Dental Care LLC in Locust Grove, GA is seeking a passionate General Dentist to work 3-4 days per week with one Saturday per month.

You will provide comprehensive general dentistry services, lead patient care, and participate in a patient-centered, collaborative team environment.

The compensation includes a base daily draw or 32% of net productions, with a supportive environment and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution.
• Active Georgia dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Experience in general dentistry; new graduates with strong training welcome.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients of all ages.
• Provide a full range of general dentistry services including fillings, extractions, crowns, and preventive care.
• Deliver patient education on oral hygiene, treatment options, and post-procedure care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient experiences.
• Stay current with the latest dental techniques, technologies, and continuing education requirements.
• Uphold infection control, OSHA, and HIPAA compliance standards at all times.

About the Role:

Chatman Dental Care LLC is looking for a passionate and skilled General Dentist 3-4 days per week with a commitment of one Saturday (830am-245p) per month to join our growing practice in Locust Grove, GA. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality dental care in a welcoming, patient-focused environment where your expertise truly makes a difference.

Our compensation package offers a base daily rate draw or 32% commission on total net productions (whichever is higher).

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive dental exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients of all ages
• Provide a full range of general dentistry services including fillings, extractions, crowns, and preventive care
• Deliver patient education on oral hygiene, treatment options, and post-procedure care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and clinical documentation
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient experiences
• Stay current with the latest dental techniques, technologies, and continuing education requirements

Requirements:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution
• Active Georgia dental license or eligibility to obtain one
• Experience in general dentistry; new graduates with strong clinical training are welcome to apply
• Proficiency in restorative, preventive, and basic oral surgery procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented dental practice
• Current CPR/BLS certification
