The role offers a compensation structure of 30% of net collections with no lab deduction fees and a daily ramp-up guarantee of $800–$1,000 for the first 4–6 months, with PPO/Fee-for-Service patient mix. A supportive team and ongoing CE are provided.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Arizona dental license
• DEA Registration or ability to obtain
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Commitment to quality patient care
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Invisalign Certification
• Implant Restoration Experience
