Nevada Dental Benefits is seeking an experienced General Dentist with strong endodontic skills to provide root canal therapy at our Tropicana location in Las Vegas, NV. This independent contractor role offers a one-day-per-week schedule and a flexible arrangement with our established dental network.

You will focus on endodontic procedures, collaborate with referring dentists and our clinical team, and maintain high standards of patient care under compliant infection control and safety protocols.

Formación

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active, unrestricted Nevada dental license.
• Proven experience and proficiency in root canal therapy, including molar endodontics.
• Strong diagnostic and treatment-planning skills.
• Current CPR/BLS certification and professional liability insurance.
• Advanced endodontic training or CE in endodontic procedures is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform root canal therapy on anterior teeth, premolars, and molars as needed.
• Diagnose pulpal and periapical conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Evaluate cases for in-house vs refer to endodontic specialists.
• Educate patients on procedures, options, and aftercare.
• Collaborate with referring dentists and clinical team for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow infection control, patient safety, and regulatory standards.
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality dental care.

Nevada Dental Benefits is seeking an experienced General Dentist with strong endodontic skills to provide root canal therapy and related dental services at our Tropicana location in Las Vegas, Nevada.

This independent contractor opportunity is ideal for a General Dentist who enjoys performing endodontic procedures, including molar root canals, and is looking to supplement their existing practice with a consistent, one-day-per-week schedule.

Our established dental network provides access to patients requiring endodontic treatment, along with experienced clinical and administrative support, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform root canal therapy on anterior teeth, premolars, and molars, based on clinical experience and competency.

• Diagnose pulpal and periapical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Evaluate cases to determine whether treatment can be completed in-house or requires referral to an endodontic specialist.

• Educate patients regarding procedures, treatment options, and post-treatment care.

• Collaborate with referring general dentists and clinical team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Follow applicable infection control, patient safety, and regulatory standards.

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality dental care.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.

• Active, unrestricted Nevada dental license.

• Demonstrated experience and proficiency in root canal therapy, including molar endodontics.

• Strong diagnostic and treatment-planning skills.

• Current CPR/BLS certification.

• Professional liability insurance meeting contractual requirements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced training or continuing education in endodontic procedures.

• Experience managing complex root canal cases.

• Confidence independently performing molar endodontics.

Endodontic specialty certification is not required.
