About Complete Family Dentistry

Each Heartland Dental supported office, including Complete Family Dentistry, is unique to its community. With support from a practice manager, a trained team, and a nationwide network of experts, you’ll be fully connected to all necessary resources and support.

Minimum Requirements

• DDS/DMD degree, active and unrestricted license in Indiana
• Clinical knowledge for comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment planning
• Desire for continuous learning and skill development
• Ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans
• Access to minimum PHI necessary for job functions; compliance with HIPAA training and data safeguards is required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations
• Prolonged sitting and standing
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• Availability for periodic virtual or in-person training
• TB test required prior to employment, except in FL & TN
