Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics in the Pleasant Grove area is now hiring a Full-Time General Dentist to join the team!

Our industry-leading program provides our dentists with state-of-the-art facilities and world-class tools, including Overjet Artificial Intelligence, CBCT, lasers, and iTero 3D scanners, to better educate and transform our patients' lives.

Who We're Looking For / Requirements:

  • A true leader whose number one goal is to deliver exceptional patient care to each patient, guiding and motivating their team to do the same.
  • Someone who aspires to manage and mentor other doctors.
  • A problem solver who can act decisively to tackle daily challenges.
  • Graduate of an accredited dental school in the United States.
  • Texas Dental License.
  • New/upcoming graduates and experienced doctors are encouraged to apply!

Practice Information:

  • 1 Doctor office
  • 1 Full-Time Hygienist
  • 4 Dental Assistants
  • Very busy practice with fully supported clinical team and front office staff
  • 12 operatories
  • 2024 Doctor Production: $1,200,000 - $1,600,000
  • All age patients seen in practice
  • Monday-Friday, including 2 Saturdays a month
  • Fully digital practice with iTero, AI Overjet, and Lasers
  • Full Clinical Autonomy
  • Robust Mentorship with JDO's most experienced providers
