Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Wisconsin dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• CPR Certification and DEA License (or in process).
• Controlled Substance License (if required by state).
• Legally authorized to work in the US; sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, high-quality dental care focused on long-term patient health and outcomes.
• Perform comprehensive exams, diagnose oral health conditions, and develop individualized plans.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships through compassionate communication and care.
• Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and specialists for seamless treatment.
• Lead and mentor your clinical team while maintaining ethical standards.
