Job summary

Midwest Dental in Northeast Wisconsin welcomes a DDS/DMD with clinical autonomy and leadership skills to join established, high-producing offices. You will lead patient care with strong clinical mentorship, handling exams, treatment planning, and comprehensive restorative care.

New grads are welcomed and supported through mentorship, a bootcamp, and ongoing professional development opportunities. Full-time schedule offered with community-focused growth.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
• Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining).
• Controlled Substance License (if required by the state).
• Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day with purpose- kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day.
• Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
• Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Empower your team - delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.
