Job summary

42 North Dental in Charlotte, Michigan, is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our team. This role offers a daily guarantee or a percentage of collections up to 36%, with Monday-Thursday 8AM-5PM.

You will promote oral health, diagnose diseases, educate patients, create and review treatment plans, interpret x-rays, and provide restorative and preventive care, including surgical procedures when needed. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401K, CE opportunities, and more.

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, and standards of care through continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree from CODA-accredited program
