Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from CODA-accredited school; other US/territory/licensing bodies accepted as qualifying for full licensure.
• Completed or currently completing a residency in general practice or specialty, or comparable experience treating medically compromised patients.
• Currently hold, or will hold, a current, full and unrestricted dental license to practice dentistry in the US, DC, or territory as licensure requires.
