Risas Dental and Braces in Las Vegas, NV seeks a General Dentist to join a collaborative and growth-oriented team. This role offers clinical autonomy, mentorship across multiple providers, and a patient-centered approach that aligns with our “We Speak Patient” philosophy.

You will manage diverse cases, maintain high standards of care, and contribute to a healthy work-life balance with a three-day work week and two Saturdays per month, supported by comprehensive benefits and a strong professional

What we offer:

• Compensation:$300,000 - $550,000 +

• Full Schedule: We see on average 50-70 new patients per month, work a 3 day work week incl two Saturdays per month
• Clinical Autonomy: You are the dentist, you determine the best course of treatment for you patients.
