Risas Dental and Braces is seeking a General Dentist to join a collaborative team in Arizona. You will provide comprehensive dental care, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and other general procedures, while contributing to a patient-centered experience.

You will lead the office operations, mentor staff, and collaborate with fellow doctors to ensure outstanding patient care. The role emphasizes autonomy, mentorship, and work-life balance in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school.
• Arizona dental license or eligibility to practice.
• Experience leading a dental team is a plus.

• Compensation: $300,000 - $550,000 +

• Full Schedule: We see on average 50-70 new patients per month, work a 3 day work week incl two Saturdays per month
