Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree with an active and unrestricted Wisconsin license.
• Clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs.
• Ability to credential with dental insurance plans.
• Compliance with minimum PHI access requirements and HIPAA training; protect PHI and data safeguards.
