Qualifications
- DDS/DMD degree with an active and unrestricted Wisconsin license.
- Clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs.
- Ability to credential with dental insurance plans.
- Compliance with minimum PHI access requirements and HIPAA training; protect PHI and data safeguards.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
- Availability for virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
- TB testing is required for all new hires in dental office positions (not applicable in FL & TN).
