Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry including exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorations, crown and bridge, endodontics, and extractions
• Present treatment plans clearly and build lasting, trust-based relationships with patients and their families
• Work closely with hygienists, dental assistants, and front office staff to deliver an excellent patient experience
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and follow all Idaho State Board of Dentistry, OSHA, and infection-control guidelines
• Collaborate with the practice team on case acceptance, scheduling efficiency, and quality of care
• Participate in continuing education and help grow the practice
