Clinical Environment

• 11 Total Operatories
• Surgical suite for IV sedation with an in-office nurse anesthetist
• CBCT, CAD/CAM, 3d Printers, Laser, digital workflows
• In-house 3D printing and removable labs
• Mentoring with implant surgery, endo, ortho, wisdom teeth, dentures, hospital sedation, etc.

Required Qualifications

• A DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active dental license in Idaho
• CPR certification
• DEA certificate
