Job description

Welcome to Comfort Dental Louisville!

We are seeking a full-time licensed dentist to join our practice either as an associate or as a partner.

A little about Comfort Dental:

Each Comfort Dental location is individually owned and operated, maintaining 2-4 full-time dentists to share responsibilities and minimize operating costs. Having multiple doctors in each office minimizes each partner's workload and maximizes your take-home salary.

Operating Hours:

Our office is open Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 7:30pm and Saturday from 7:30am to 1:30pm. Dentists rotate working hours but typically do 33 clinical hours per week. It is expected that each dentist works 1-2 Saturdays per month.

Compensation:

Associate dentists are paid 30% of collections minus lab fees. Partners are paid based on individual collections minus office overhead, with an average take-home pay of over $400,000/year.

We are offering a $5,000 sign-up bonus to join as an associate. Please contact us for details.

Practice Location:

The practice is located in Louisville, CO, with quick access to downtown Denver and beautiful mountain ranges for outdoor recreation.

The office has 6 operatories set up for all dental procedures, including a CBCT for implant placement and a Trios 3shape scanner for lab cases.

We have an amazing team of highly trained dental assistants with decades of experience.

New Graduates:

We welcome new graduates and offer a mentorship option with one of the partners for support.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
• Active state dental license in good standing
• Proficiency in prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery
• Experience with CAD/CAM technology for restorative dentistry
• Excellent communication skills and ability to educate patients on oral health care
