The ideal candidate needs to have an active dental license, a compassionate chairside manner, and a team-first mentality. Patients are only referred out when required treatment is not within the expertise of our practicing dentists and hygienists. The owner and well-trained staff are committed to helping the newly hired doctor gain the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed.

Compensation will be a percentage of collections with an ownership equity distribution. Minimum first-year compensation is expected to be over $300,000 (previous Associates have made up to $450,000 working 4 days per week), with a more realistic compensation closer to $450,000 if the associate can produce over $800k+ in annual production.
