The Staff Pad is seeking a Part-Time General Dentist for a pediatric ambulatory surgery center in Flint, MI. Join a focused care team delivering pediatric restorative and exodontia procedures under anesthesia.

Licensed in-state, with pediatric experience and current BLS; PALS within 6 months is preferred. Work days are structured with no on-call, weekends, or holidays, emphasizing safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Licensed Dentist with appropriate state licensure.
• Experience working with pediatric patients.
• Current BLS certification; AHA or equivalent PALS within 6 months of hire.
• National Board certification strongly preferred.
• Ability to practice across anesthesia staffing models (Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice models preferred).

Responsibilities

• Partner with the surgical team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
• Treat approximately seven pediatric patients during a typical OR day.
• Collaborate with Dentists, Anesthesiologists, Registered Nurses, Registered Dental Assistants, and other team members.

The organization specializes in restorative and exodontia procedures for pediatric and special needs patients performed under general anesthesia, offering a structured surgical setting focused on safe, high-quality care.
