Job summary

The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading pediatric Ambulatory Surgery Center to recruit a Part-Time General Dentist for its affiliated care team in Jackson, MS. The role focuses on restorative and exodontia procedures for pediatric and special needs patients performed under general anesthesia.

You’ll collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and support staff to deliver safe, high-quality care while limiting call and weekend requirements.

Qualifications

• Licensed Dentist with applicable state licensure.
• Experience treating pediatric patients.
• Current BLS certification; PALS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide general dental care in an ASC setting.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
• Treat approximately seven pediatric patients during a typical OR day.
• Coordinate with Dentists, Anesthesiologists, RNs, and Dental Assistants.
