W3Global in Colorado is seeking General Dentists to join the Littleton and Boulder practices. It’s a full-time role with a four-day workweek and flexible scheduling, offering a production-based compensation model and an initial earnings guarantee.

Ideal candidates hold a DDS or DMD and CO license with strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills, plus a patient-focused, team-oriented approach and interest in long-term growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Colorado Dental License or ability to obtain licensure before employment begins.
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses.
• Develop and present ethical, patient-centered treatment plans.
• Provide a full range of general dentistry services including restorative dentistry, crowns and bridges, extractions, root canal therapy, preventive care, and basic oral surgery.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative teams.
• Deliver high-quality patient care in a professional and efficient manner.
