Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a General Dentist to join a busy practice in South Bend, IN. This full-time role offers a 4-day work week (Mon–Thu) with 8:00 AM–5:00 PM hours and Fridays off, plus a competitive pay structure.

You will provide comprehensive dental care, educate patients, oversee staff, and maintain clinical excellence. Benefits include a signing bonus, 3 weeks PTO, CE reimbursement, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active, unrestricted State Dental License.
• Active DEA registration and CPR / BLS certification.
• Excellent clinical efficiency, compassionate bedside manner, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care, including routine exams, diagnoses, restorations, extractions, endodontic procedures, and preventive care.
• Formulate and present clear, individualized treatment plans to patients with a focus on education and long-term oral health.
• Oversee hygiene care and direct clinical support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes and efficient workflow.
• Maintain strict adherence to clinical standards, safety protocols, and proper clinical documentation.
