Job summary

42 North Dental in Saginaw, MI is seeking a full-time General Dentist to provide complete patient care from initial exam to final treatment, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The position supports 1–3 days per week (8 AM–5 PM) with a daily guarantee or percentage of collections up to 36%, and offers a generous benefits package: health, dental and vision insurance, 401K, CE opportunities through Harvard Rounds Network, LifeMart

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree required.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissue.
