Job summary

42North Dental in Michigan is seeking a Full-time General Dentist to join our Charlotte practice. You will manage the full clinical patient experience from exam to treatment, with in-office services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Compensation includes a daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections, with comprehensive benefits such as health insurance with HSA, dental and vision, a 401K plan, continuing education, and abundant earning potential.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documentation.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient’s oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.
