Gentle Dental Santa Rosa is seeking a Full-Time General Dentist in Santa Rosa, CA to provide comprehensive care in a predominantly PPO and cash-pay practice with an established patient base and modern technology.

Average earnings for full-time dentists range from $150,000 to $400,000+, with strong earning potential and clinical autonomy supported by an experienced team and opportunities for mentorship and CE.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active California dental license or ability to obtain one before employment.
• Current DEA registration, CPR/BLS certification, and NPI, or ability to obtain as applicable.
• Commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered dentistry.
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a dental care team.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and oral health assessments.
• Diagnose dental conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide preventive, restorative, and general dentistry services within your clinical expertise.
• Educate patients about oral health, treatment options, and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other dental professionals.
• Refer patients for specialty treatment when appropriate.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining clinical autonomy.
