Providence Dental Clinic is seeking a full-time Dentist to join an established, community-based dental program in Santa Rosa, California. This role focuses on serving pediatric and underserved populations in a mission-driven clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Full-time position in a community dental clinic setting
• Monday to Friday schedule; typical hours 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Strong pediatric patient focus
• See approximately 25 to 30 patients per day in the clinic
• Participate in the mobile dental program on a rotating basis
• Mobile clinic schedule averages 24 to 26 patients per day
• Mobile services include exams, cleanings, x-rays, and simple extractions
• Two mobile dental units serving high-need sites across Sonoma County
• Opportunity for future clinical or program leadership involvement

Qualifications & Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
• Experienced dentist; mid-career candidates strongly preferred
• Active, unrestricted dental license (or ability to obtain)
• Continuous work history with no gaps in clinical practice
• Experience in a community clinic, rural hospital, FQHC, or similar setting
• Background rooted in community-based care
• Experience working with special needs populations is preferred
• Spanish language proficiency is preferred
• Interest in leadership growth opportunities over time is preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation is between $177,763 and $245,351 per year
• The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable
• Providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer
• This salary range is provided in accordance with state law and is subject to variation due to factors noted above
